This has been great to work on areas that have been weakened after child birth and pregnancy. 

I did Pilates the whole way through my pregnancy and this really helped me with my labour and my pelvic floor. I had never done Pilates before and found that I didn’t get back pain or any of the pregnancy aches and pains. 

I’ve really noticed a gradual improvement over the weeks.  I would thoroughly recommend!
